We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Engineering Manager – EPCIC Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose To lead the multidisciplinary engineering division, ensuring that all technical deliverables are sound, constructible, and aligned with strict IOC specifications. Key Accountabilities Coordinate process, mechanical, piping, civil, structural, and E&I engineering activities. Ensure absolute compliance with global engineering codes, standards, and client specifications. Manage engineering contractors/consultants and coordinate interfaces with procurement and construction. Performance Expectations:Deliverables on schedule, high technical quality, and successful integration with construction phases. (COREN registration required). Requirements: To be considered for any of the above leadership roles, candidatesmustdemonstrate: Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Commercial Management, or related disciplines. (MBAs and relevant postgraduate certifications are highly advantageous). Mobility:Willingness to travel frequently between onshore fabrication yards, offshore locations, and regional project sites. We are not simply seeking candidates who meet the minimum years of experience; we are seeking proven leaders with demonstrable records of achievement. Regulatory Mastery:Deep understanding of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act, NUPRC, and NMDPRA regulations. Operational Integrity:A deeply ingrained commitment to Risk Management, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Environmental compliance. Industry Footprint:Substantial exposure to EPC, or EPCIC project environments, interfacing directly with IOCs (e.g., Shell, Chevron, Exxon), NOCs (NNPC), or major independent operators.
