Responsibilities: Coordinate construction teams and supervise work execution, monitoring and adjusting site activities in accordance with management instructions, project plans, and applicable standards; Provide operational support in the use, handling, movement, and transportation of construction equipment and materials; Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical drawings, construction methods, and quality-control requirements. Record and report site activities, progress, incidents, delays, resource usage, and other relevant occurrences; Ensure that completed and ongoing works, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and kept in good condition; Coordinate construction, maintenance, operational, and emergency teams to ensure that all required procedures are performed safely and effectively; Monitor work progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures to meet quality, productivity, cost, and schedule targets; Allocate human resources, materials, tools, and equipment across the various activities required for the efficient execution of civil construction works; Education: 12th grade.
