The successful candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining printing and lamination machines to ensure the production of high-quality packaging materials that meet customer specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities: Ensure consistent print quality, color accuracy, and proper registration throughout production runs. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize output. Operate and monitor gravure printing and lamination machines efficiently and safely. Identify and troubleshoot printing and lamination defects. Minimize material waste and machine downtime. Set up machines according to production requirements: and job specifications. Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to achieve operational targets. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience: operating printing and/or lamination machines within a flexible packaging manufacturing environment. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills. Minimum of an OND, Technical Certificate, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification. Ability to interpret production specifications and quality requirements. Familiarity with packaging substrates such as BOPP, PET, PE, CPP, and Foil materials. Experience: with Rotogravure, Flexographic, Solvent-Based, or Solventless Lamination processes is highly desirable. Salary N150,000 - N220,000 monthly.
