The candidate is responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, movement and reconciliation of lubricant stock across the Southeast region, ensuring accurate inventory records, product availability and effective controls against stock loss. Responsibilities: Supports the sales team with stock availability information to guide customer commitments. Maintains accurate and up-to-date inventory records on the ERP system for all lubricant stock movements. Verifies all inward and outward documentation, including waybills, invoices and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy and proper filing. Implements inventory controls to minimise product loss, pilferage, expiry, damage and fraud. Coordinates the receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of lubricant products across the assigned Southeast locations in line with approved procedures. Conducts daily, weekly and monthly stock counts and reconciles physical stock against system balances, investigating and reporting all variances. Ensures proper stock arrangement, warehouse housekeeping and adherence to HSE standards at all storage locations. Monitors stock levels and initiates timely replenishment requests to avoid stock-outs and overstocking. Compiles and analyses periodic stock, movement and reconciliation reports and submits same to the Lubricant Sales Manager and relevant stakeholders. Requirements: HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience: in inventory, stock control or supply chain. High level of integrity, attention to detail and analytical ability. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
