Maintain hostel records, incident reports, and attendance registers. Liaise with parents, school management, and other relevant staff regarding student welfare matters. Monitor students' academic, social, and emotional welfare. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities. Supervise students within the hostel and ensure their safety and well-being. Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies and student concerns. Requirements: Possession of a minimum of NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Guidance & Counselling, or any related field. Minimum of 4–7 years' experience: in hostel administration, student welfare management, or a related role. Ability to supervise hostel routines, student welfare, health, hygiene, and security.
