The Internal Control Officer (Production) is responsible for monitoring production processes, material usage, ERP records, furniture specifications, and overall compliance within our workshop. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production and Stores teams to identify discrepancies, reduce material losses, and ensure that production follows approved standards . Requirements: Good understanding of production processes, material usage, inventory control, and project costing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience: in furniture manufacturing, interior design, construction, or other manufacturing environments is an advantage. Minimum of 4 years' experience: in internal control, audit, production control, quality control, or a similar role. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with artisans, supervisors, and management. Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Production Management, or a related field. High level of integrity and accountability. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
