This role oversees audit planning, execution, and reporting, including reviewing financial records, assessing risk, and evaluating internal control systems. The Head of Audit will design and implement audit methodologies, monitor compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable standards, and recommend improvements to processes and controls. Day-to-day tasks include supervising audit team members, coordinating with finance and accounting teams, preparing clear audit reports, and presenting findings and action plans to senior management. The role also involves supporting strategic decision-making by providing insights on risk management, efficiency, and governance. Qualifications Strong auditing and internal controls skills, with experience: designing, implementing, and reviewing audit frameworks. Solid finance and accounting skills, including an understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and regulatory requirements. Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make sound recommendations.
