Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate services. Monitor bookings and maintain accurate guest records. Conduct room readiness checks and report maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with property policies and security standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Technical Services, or related field (preferred). 3–5 years’ experience in facility or estate management. Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Experience in supervising technical or maintenance teams. Skills & Competencies: Strong supervisory and coordination skills Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting ability Attention to detail Good record-keeping and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple service functions simultaneously.
