Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the effective management of school calendars, notice boards and communications, ensuring information is accurate, current and well presented. Maintain accurate pupil attendance, punctuality and absence records, ensuring timely follow-up where required. Serve as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, ensuring a professional, welcoming and well-managed front office experience. Manage visitor reception and access procedures in accordance with the school's safeguarding and operational standards. Provide administrative support for meetings, events and other school activities as required. Provide administrative support to the School Operations Manager, ensuring school records, documentation and office systems remain organised and up to date. Maintain a professional, organised and efficient reception and office environment that reflects the school's standards. The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a professional and personable individual who combines warmth with professionalism, presenting a polished appearance, a composed front-facing presence and the attention to detail required to excel in a formal school environment. The successful candidate will have: A minimum of three years' post-NYSC experience: in an administrative role, preferably within a school or other professional service environment. Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities: while maintaining accuracy and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the maturity and judgement to engage confidently and professionally with parents, staff and visitors. A degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, Education: Management or a related discipline Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence working with digital systems, databases and administrative platforms. Clear and legible handwriting suitable for maintaining accurate, professional and well-presented records. A proactive and dependable approach to work, with the ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and maintain high standards with minimal supervision.
