Planning and assigning work, supervising technicians and artisans, monitoring job progress. Maintaining high standards of safety and quality of work done The Workshop Manager will coordinate trucks repairs and maintenance. Manage tools and spare parts inventory, and ensure that all work complies with company procedures and client specifications. Ensure timely delivery of projects by liaising with the Project Manager and ensure technicians carryout their assigned duties efficiently. Qualifications Strong background in workshop supervision or Management within industrial, mechanical, or engineering environments. Relevant technical qualification (Degree in Mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field). Professional certifications in Automobile is an added advantage. Experience in Automotive industry is mandatory.
