The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management while helping identify and execute opportunities with IOCs, EPC contractors, and industrial clients. The Technical & Commercial Supervisor will serve as a key member of the leadership team, supporting the Managing Director in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, improving operational performance, and ensuring successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Engagement: Strengthen relationships with IOC stakeholders. Support account management activities. Conduct client visits and technical presentations. Identify emerging technologies and service opportunities. Develop market intelligence and competitor analysis. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Tendering & Proposal Management: Review RFQs, ITTs, and tender documents. Lead technical and commercial bid preparation. Coordinate proposal development across departments. Develop technical methodologies and execution plans. Ensure compliance with client requirements. Technical Advisory & Solutions Development: Engage OEMs and strategic partners. Provide technical support during client engagements. Evaluate new technologies and products. Develop technical-commercial solutions. Recommend new service offerings. Operations & Project Oversight: Monitor project execution and performance. Support project planning and mobilization. Support project recovery and risk mitigation initiatives. Identify operational improvement opportunities. Assist in resource planning and utilization. Ensure delivery commitments are met. Participate in strategic planning initiatives. Mentor junior technical and commercial personnel. Qualifications & Experience: Demonstrated experience: with IOCs and EPC contractors. Experience: in tendering and proposal development. Minimum of 7+ years’ experience: in Oil & Gas. Minimum of 5 years in technical sales, engineering, project management, operations, or business development. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Petroleum, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline. MBA preferred but not mandatory. Experience: managing multidisciplinary projects.
