We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Area Sales Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary To drive sales growth and brand visibility within a designated region by effectively managing a team of sales representatives, developing strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and implementing strategic sales initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular market visits to assess product visibility, stock levels, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Monitor, manage, and support the performance of sales reps in the area. Identify and onboard new distributors, retail outlets, and channel partners. Provide training and guidance to field sales teams on product knowledge and sales techniques. Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure brand loyalty. Develop and execute area sales plans to achieve or exceed targets. Gather market intelligence and report trends, opportunities, and challenges to senior management. Ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns and in-store activation activities. Track sales performance metrics and generate accurate reports. Key Requirements: Goal-oriented with a passion for beauty and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
