Read more about this company Telecom Sales Agent Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND Experience 2 years Location Lagos Job Field Sales and Business Development Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the company's telecom products and services to prospective customers. Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and direct marketing activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Educate customers on product features, pricing, and promotional offers. Process customer applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately. Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct market intelligence and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience in the telecommunications or insurance industry is mandatory. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer relationship management and prospecting skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage. Must reside in or around Ikeja, Lagos.
