We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: IT Support Officer Location: Yaba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary This role requires proactive problem-solving, a strong understanding of IT systems, and effective collaboration with various departments. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operations, and driving technology improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Duties & Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Ensure data backups, disaster recovery systems, and security protocols are active and functional. Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and workstations to ensure uninterrupted operations.
