Med-Vical International is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Accountant/Internal Control Officer to support financial reporting while strengthening the organization’s internal control environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations. Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements. Assist during internal and external audits. Investigate financial discrepancies and prepare management reports. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare periodic financial reports. Verify inventory, fixed assets, and cash management processes. Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions. Monitor revenue collection and expenditure. Process invoices, payments, and journal entries. Conduct routine internal control reviews and compliance audits. Qualifications & Experience: Accountability and integrity are a must. ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification (completed or in progress) is an advantage. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal control frameworks. Healthcare experience: is an added advantage. 3–5 years’ relevant accounting and/or internal control experience.
