We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Admin Officer Location: Alafia, Coker - Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description The role supports business continuity by coordinating administrative activities, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the availability of office and operational supplies. The Admin & Inventory Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of office operations while maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain organized filing systems for administrative, procurement, and inventory documentation. Monitor office supply levels and coordinate procurement requests to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies against purchase orders and delivery documentation. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel. Support vendor coordination for office supplies, equipment servicing, and administrative requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies relating to asset management, inventory control, and administrative processes. Ensure office facilities, equipment, and workspaces are properly maintained and functional. Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and other management reports as required. Conduct routine stock counts and periodic physical inventory audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Assist in implementing administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve operational efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely replenishment to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory. Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of inventory items to ensure stock accuracy and accountability. Perform any other administrative or inventory-related duties as assigned by management. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory and administrative documentation. Coordinate the issuance of materials and supplies to various departments while maintaining proper documentation. Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of office equipment and liaise with external service providers where necessary. Technical & Professional Requirements: 2–4 years' experience: in Administration, Inventory Management, Storekeeping, or a similar role. Good understanding of procurement and administrative processes. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related discipline. Ability to prepare inventory reports, reconcile stock balances, and analyze inventory data. Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills. High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality. Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, stock management, and record-keeping practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Experience: using Microsoft Excel and inventory management software or ERP systems.
