The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment while delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities that support the overall development of each child. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, creative, and age-appropriate lessons in line with the school\'s curriculum and learning objectives. Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes effective learning and development. Teach and support young children using appropriate early childhood teaching methods and learning activities. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom activities, and learning resources suitable for the developmental needs of children. Monitor, assess, and evaluate each child\'s academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development. Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support to help each child achieve developmental and academic milestones. Encourage children\'s curiosity, creativity, confidence, communication, and problem-solving skills. Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour among students. Organize and supervise educational, creative, recreational, and developmental activities. Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and proper supervision of children at all times. Maintain accurate records of students\' attendance, progress, assessments, and other relevant information. Prepare student progress reports and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians when required. Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with parents, guardians, colleagues, and school management. Participate in parent meetings, school events, training sessions, and other school activities as required. Collaborate with other teachers and members of staff to support the effective delivery of the school\'s educational programmes.
