Key Responsibilities: General Ledger & Reconciliations: Manage general ledger accounts, review journal entries, and perform monthly account reconciliations. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports. Analysis & Budgeting: Conduct variance analysis, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and report discrepancies to management. Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and delegate routine tasks to junior accountants and staff. Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to GAAP or IFRS standards and prepare documentation for external audit coordination. Close Processes: Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close operations on schedule. Requirements: and Qualifications Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory compliance Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
