We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The ideal candidate must be willing and ready to relocate to the Freezone Axis and work within the operational requirements: of the company. We are seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating the receipt and dispatch of materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that warehouse equipment, materials, and facilities are properly maintained. Train and guide warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and movement of materials. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activity and inventory reports. Work closely with the Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, and other relevant departments. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials and goods. Lead, supervise, and monitor warehouse personnel to ensure effective performance. Ensure proper documentation for all materials received and issued from the warehouse. Ensure proper arrangement, identification, and storage of materials within the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that physical stock corresponds with system records. Coordinate regular stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits. Implement and maintain proper warehouse safety, housekeeping, and security standards. Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by management. Monitor the movement of materials and ensure timely issuance to the appropriate departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable warehouse regulations. Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, damaged goods, or discrepancies to management. Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Requirements: Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines. Proven experience: supervising warehouse personnel. Good knowledge of stock-taking, documentation, receiving, storage, and dispatch procedures. Experience: in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree/HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer applications. 3–5 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
