The Industrial Electrical Technician/Rewinder ensures the reliable operation of MATNA Foods’ electrical systems and equipment by performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and rewinding of motors and electrical components. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, supporting production efficiency, and maintaining compliance with global food manufacturing standards. Key Responsibilities: Carry out rewinding of electric motors, transformers, and related equipment to restore functionality. Install, test, and calibrate electrical components and machinery in line with engineering standards. Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and compliance checks accurately. Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure seamless operations. Monitor electrical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. Support preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, motors, and control panels. Adhere strictly to MATNA Foods’ health, safety, and food compliance policies. Qualifications Commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards in industrial environments. Strong communication skills and willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives.
