Design, develop, and deliver structured training curricula for slickline and wireline operations covering equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety protocols. Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and competency matrices for all personnel. Provide on-site coaching and mentoring during slickline and wireline operations to reinforce training and ensure safe practices.
