We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and provide strategic financial support that drives business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who can go beyond traditional accounting—someone who understands cash flow, project costing, budgeting, profitability, financial controls, and business performance. What You’ll Be Responsible For Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations. Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow projections. Monitor revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance. Review project budgets, costing, quotations, and profitability. Track project expenses and identify cost overruns and opportunities for cost optimisation. Monitor client invoices and support effective receivables collection. Oversee payroll-related financial processes and statutory remittances. Ensure compliance with applicable Nigerian tax and financial regulations. Maintain strong financial controls and ensure proper documentation. Work closely with the MDand department heads to support informed business decisions. Provide financial insights and recommendations that improve profitability and efficiency. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including experience: in a supervisory or managerial capacity. ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash-flow management, and financial controls. Strong Excel and accounting/ERP software skills. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience: in media, advertising, creative agencies, consulting, or other project-based businesses will be an advantage. You should be able to analyse financial information, identify risks and opportunities, challenge unnecessary costs, understand project profitability, and provide management with practical recommendations.
