Key Responsibilities: Receipt of Materials: Physically receive materials and office supplies, verifying them against delivery notes and purchase orders. Issue Goods Received Notes and tag all materials. Intimate the Operations Manager immediately in case of any deviations in quantity or quality. Maintain accurate entry of receipts in bin cards and manual Excel logs for backup. Issuance of Materials: Create and manage a list of minimum stock items to trigger timely replenishment. Maintain manual Excel entries for all requested inventory. Issue materials to user departments based on approved requests. Inventory Control: Ensure the physical safety and protection of store supplies. Manage overall stock levels and prepare replenishment requisitions. Reconcile physical inventory with accounting records and generate reports. Update bin cards and conduct periodic stock-taking exercises. Monitor for and report obsolete stock, and take action to prevent overstocking or understocking. Requirements: Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to stock management.
