We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Executive Secretary Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Objective This role manages schedules, correspondence, travel, and strategic documentation while serving as the primary liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders. The Executive Secretary shall ensure seamless office operations, absolute confidentiality, and the timely execution of executive priorities. To provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and Executive Management Team. Job Responsibilities: Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and business engagements. Arranging travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries. Managing visitors, official correspondence, and other executive office activities while maintaining professionalism. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow. Managing corporate records, policies, contracts, and regulatory documentation, ensuring accurate document control, compliance, information security, and up-to-date statutory records in line with organizational and legal requirements. Monitoring executive tasks, deadlines, and key deliverables to ensure timely completion. Screening and responding to emails, phone calls, and correspondence, while prioritizing urgent matters. Coordinating meetings, following up on action items, and tracking the implementation of management decisions. Handling administrative requests and providing day-to-day support to the Executive Office. Preparing reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and other business documents. Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, or other relevant social science. Strong knowledge of office administration and executive support functions. Professional certification in Administrative Management, Secretarial Studies, or Executive Assistance is an added advantage. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience: in an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer role. Experience: supporting senior executives is highly desirable.
