The successful candidate will be responsible for driving production efficiency, maintaining high quality and safety standards, optimizing plant performance, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Candidates must have a proven track record in the construction chemicals, building materials, or related manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior management to support business growth, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), quality, and regulatory standards across all plant operations. Oversee production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Monitor operational KPIs, prepare management reports, and implement corrective actions to improve plant performance. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, improve process efficiency, and optimize manufacturing costs. Lead, mentor, and develop production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to deliver high performance. Lead and oversee all factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational objectives are achieved. Requirements: Strong knowledge of production planning, process manufacturing, industrial automation, quality systems, and maintenance management. Minimum of 8–10 years' experience: in manufacturing within the construction industry Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
