We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Head of Sales & Growth Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: System Leads The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands PropTech, real estate, smart metering, utilities, IoT or B2B technology sales and knows how to turn market opportunities into measurable commercial results Venco is an all-in-one community management platform powering billing, utilities, payments, and access control across approximately 600 residential communities in Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana. What you’ll own Revenue and customer acquisition targets Partnerships, market expansion and customer growth Upselling and expansion across existing communities Strategic relationships with property developers, estate and facility managers Building scalable sales processes and playbooks Pipeline, conversion, forecasting and sales performance Sales and growth strategy across target markets Using AI and digital tools to improve prospecting, research, analysis and sales productivity. End-to-end B2B sales, from prospecting to closing Smart metering, IoT, utility and community-management solution sales What we’re looking for You should be commercially minded, data-driven, an excellent negotiator and relationship builder, comfortable engaging senior decision-makers, and AI-fluent. 3–4 years of relevant experience: in PropTech, Real Estate, Smart Metering, Utilities, IoT, Energy or a closely related field, with a proven record of delivering sales or revenue targets.
