In this role, you will deliver exceptional patient care, conduct specialized skin and body assessments, and perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate combines clinical excellence with aesthetic medicine and must undergo a compulsory (1) year of aesthetic training and an extra (1) year of practical work with the clinic, making a total of 2 years minimum. Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Conduct thorough consultations to assess client skin health and beauty goals. Administer non-surgical treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, facials, and body contouring safely. Assist the Medical Director or Plastic Surgeon with advanced cosmetic and injectable procedures. Develop customized, evidence-based skincare and treatment plans for clients. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment home care routines and recommend medical-grade retail products, etc. Requirements: Education: Diploma in General Nursing or a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) degree. Licensing: Active, valid practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience. Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a polished professional appearance, and a strong sales/consultative mindset. Technical: Patient assessment, IV therapies, EHR documentation. Soft Skills: Critical thinking, empathy, teamwork, clear communication. Physical: Stamina for long standing, 12-hour shifts, and lifting.
