Particular emphasis will be placed on the ability to successfully convert prospective students into enrolled and fee-paying learners. The Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions Manager is responsible for supporting SeaLearn's student recruitment, admissions, marketing, and enrolment activities. The postholder will play a key role in attracting prospective students, converting enquiries into applications, guiding applicants through the admissions process, and securing student enrolments that contribute to SeaLearn's recruitment targets and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Applicants must demonstrate a proven track record of recruiting and converting students into enrolled and fee-paying learners, with evidence of achieving recruitment or sales targets. The primary purpose of this role is to generate student enquiries, convert prospects into enrolled and fee-paying learners, and ensure SeaLearn programmes achieve agreed enrolment and revenue targets Student Recruitment and Conversion: Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from prospective students, parents, sponsors, employers, and recruitment partners. Actively recruit students for SeaLearn programmes, professional courses, and maritime training programmes. Conduct follow-up activities to maximise application, offer acceptance, fee payment, and enrolment conversion rates. Guide prospective students through the full recruitment journey from initial enquiry to enrolment. Maintain regular communication with applicants through telephone, email, social media, and other communication channels. Achieve agreed recruitment, enrolment, and revenue targets. Admissions: Issue offers, admissions correspondence, and enrolment documentation. Review applicant documentation and verify admissions requirements. Support registration, joining, induction, and enrolment activities. Process applications accurately and efficiently in accordance with SeaLearn’s policies and procedures. Maintain accurate applicant and student records. Marketing and Lead Generation: Support social media, website, email marketing, and promotional activities. Participate in education: fairs, school visits, corporate visits, open days, exhibitions, webinars, and recruitment events. Create and distribute marketing content across digital and traditional channels. Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns to promote SeaLearn programmes.
