Train operators on daily equipment inspection and safe operation. Ensure safety compliance for drivers and operators. Maintain vehicle service records, licensing, insurance, and statutory compliance. Manage maintenance of forklifts, loaders, trucks, trailers, company vehicles, diesel generators, and material handling equipment. Coordinate spare parts planning and workshop operations. Reduce vehicle downtime and maintenance costs. Monitor fuel consumption and improve fleet efficiency. Develop preventive maintenance schedules for all fleet and mobile equipment. Requirements: Experience: in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or fleet management environment is highly preferred. Bachelor's Degree, Higher National Diploma or OND in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong planning, troubleshooting, and cost-control skills. Hands-on experience: with diesel engines, hydraulics, forklifts, loaders, trucks, generators, and diagnostic tools. 4 - 8 years of experience: maintaining industrial fleets or heavy equipment.
