The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market, excellent understanding of residential properties, short-let apartments, rental properties, and leasing opportunities. The candidate should have experience: working with landlords, property owners, agents, and real estate stakeholders, with the ability to identify, inspect, evaluate, and secure quality properties that meet business and client requirements. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful Property Inspection Manager to oversee property inspections, short-let sourcing, leasing opportunities, and real estate market activities across Abuja. Key Responsibilities: Property Inspection & Assessment: Evaluate property quality, location, accessibility, furnishing standards, maintenance condition, and market suitability. Identify maintenance concerns, operational risks, and compliance issues before property onboarding. Prepare detailed inspection reports highlighting property strengths, issues, recommendations, and potential improvements. Ensure all properties meet company standards before listing, marketing, or client presentation. Assess properties based on investment potential, rental demand, and client suitability. Conduct professional physical inspections of residential properties, short-let apartments, serviced apartments, and rental properties across Abuja. Short-Let & Leasing Property Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, and estate agents. Research rental pricing, occupancy levels, market demand, and competitor activities. Source quality short-let apartments, serviced apartments, and leasing opportunities within Abuja. Maintain an active pipeline of available properties across strategic Abuja locations. Identify properties suitable for short-let management, corporate accommodation, and long-term leasing. Negotiate favourable agreements and partnership terms with property owners. Abuja Real Estate Market Expertise: Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management. Develop relationships within Abuja’s real estate ecosystem. Maintain strong knowledge of Abuja’s real estate landscape and property trends. Identify profitable areas and property types suitable for business growth. Monitor property availability, rental values, emerging locations, and investment opportunities. Landlord & Stakeholder Relationship Management: Support leasing activities and resolve property-related concerns. Manage communication with property owners to ensure smooth partnerships.
