They have commissioned us to identify suitably qualified, dynamic, result-driven and highly motivated individuals to fill the position of Finance Manager Job Summary The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring accurate accounting records, effective cash-flow management, statutory compliance and timely financial reporting. The role will also provide administrative and human resource management support, including payroll coordination, staff records and basic office administration, recruitment, etc. appropriate to the center's start-up stage and current staff strength. The successful candidate should be hands-on, commercially aware and capable of establishing simple but effective financial systems and controls as the business grows. Major Responsibilities: include: Financial Accounting & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and basic financial analysis. Cash Flow, Receivables & Payables Management Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows and maintain adequate liquidity. Manage client billing, collections, supplier payments and bank reconciliations. Budgeting, Cost Control & Financial Planning Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts. Monitor expenditure against budget and identify opportunities for cost efficiency. Tax, Compliance & Internal Controls Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax and statutory financial obligations. Establish and maintain appropriate controls over cash, expenses, procurement and financial transactions. Payroll & Basic Personnel Administration Coordinate monthly payroll, statutory deductions and related staff payments. Maintain basic personnel records and support routine HR/administrative activities for the staff. General Administration & Management Support Provide routine administrative and operational matters. Coordinate recruitment, & Selection; Maintain accurate employee records, Ensure implement Human Resource Policies-staff regulations, disciplinary procedures, employee training. Qualification A Bachelor's degree/HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline . Professional qualification as ACA (ICAN) or ACCA . Or Experienced Accountant on ICAN qualifying stages. Relevant professional membership in good standing. Knowledge of Nigerian tax, payroll and statutory compliance requirements. Administration and Human Resources experience: will be an added advantage Key Performance Indicator: Accuracy of financial records Timeliness of financial reporting Cash-flow & Receivable management Budget & Cost control Statutory & payroll compliance Internal controls and administration.
