Supervise system upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance schedules. Oversee the maintenance and performance of all IT systems, servers, networks, and hardware across all business locations. Cybersecurity and Data Protection: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks to safeguard company data and digital assets. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., NDPR, GDPR). Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, audits, and user awareness training. Applications & Systems Management: Lead end-to-end integration of systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow, interoperability, and a unified digital ecosystem across the organization. Champion application reliability, performance, and user experience, enforcing high availability, optimal system performance, and continuous improvement based on user feedback and business priorities.
