The role provides technical support, ensures system availability and security, and supports technology projects that improve business operations. Key Responsibilities: Administer and support IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, routers, switches, and wireless networks. Manage the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and security). Support enterprise applications, including the Company's insurance core application and Zoho solutions. Administer Sophos Firewall, endpoint security, and cybersecurity controls. Provide first- and second-level technical support to users. Coordinate with vendors, maintain IT documentation, and support technology and digital transformation projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant IT experience, preferably in banking, insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry.
