We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Security Operation Manager Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate security supervisors and guards Ensure full compliance with licensing requirements, labor laws, and industry regulations Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, addressing concerns and escalations promptly Conduct regular site inspections, patrols audits, and compliance checks Manage scheduling, deployment, and supervision of security personnel and supervisors Monitor operational budgets, payroll, equipment, and logistics Lead incident response, investigations, and reporting Oversee daily security operations across all client sites and contracts in Abuja and environs Develop, implement, and enforce operational procedures, security protocols, and safety standards Prepare and present operational reports and performance metrics to senior management Build and maintain a culture of discipline, accountability, and excellence across the workforce Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience: as an Operations Manager within a security company (required) Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND Strong organizational and reporting skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call as needed Military background required* — veterans, ex-servicemen, and retired officers are strongly encouraged to apply Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-relationship skills Demonstrated leadership and personnel management experience, ideally involving large or multi-site teams Clean record and verifiable references from previous employment.
