Demonstrated ability to drive sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, strategic planning, and decision-making. Professional certification/membership with CMI, NIM, or equivalent. Proven expertise in manufacturing, sales, distribution, marketing, business development, and personnel management.
