The ideal candidate will have strong experience: in FMCG, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Retail, or a similar fast-paced industry, with a proven ability to train and develop employees across multiple locations. The Regional Trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training programmes that enhance employee capability, improve operational standards, and support consistent service delivery across our locations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to different locations to observe employee performance and provide coaching where required. Monitor training effectiveness and provide reports and recommendations to management. Conduct regular training assessments to measure employee understanding and effectiveness. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning, development, and employee training. Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and other learning resources. Support the implementation of new products, processes, systems, and operational initiatives through targeted training. Identify training needs and performance gaps across locations and recommend appropriate interventions. Conduct onboarding, induction, product, service, operational, and refresher training. Work closely with Operations and management teams to ensure training programmes align with business and operational objectives. Develop and deliver training programmes for employees across assigned regions and locations. Ensure employees consistently understand and adhere to company policies, operational procedures, service standards, and product knowledge. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience: in training and development, preferably within FMCG, QSR, Retail, Hospitality, or a similar industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programmes and priorities. Proven experience: training employees across multiple locations or regions. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Ability to work independently and travel across assigned locations as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant training/LMS platforms. Strong understanding of operational training and performance management. Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
