Key Responsibilities: Provide independent actuarial advice to the Board and Executive Management. Ensure compliance with NAICOM regulations and IFRS 17. Support product development, reinsurance, and enterprise risk management. Lead actuarial reserving, pricing, and capital management. Oversee statutory reporting and lead the actuarial team. Who We Are Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline. Key Skills: Actuarial Expertise, Financial Analysis, Risk Management. Insurance Knowledge, Regulatory Knowledge, Data & Technology, Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Communication and Governance & Integrity 7-10 years' actuarial experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong expertise in statutory valuations, IFRS 17, capital management, and regulatory reporting. Fellowship of a recognised actuarial body (FIAN, FIA, FASSA, FSA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
