We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities: Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee deployment. Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Partner with line managers and business leaders to provide effective HR support and people solutions. Implement HR policies, procedures and people-related initiatives across assigned business functions. Monitor and report HR metrics, including headcount, employee turnover, absenteeism and other workforce trends. Coordinate performance management processes and support performance improvement initiatives. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters. Prepare HR reports and provide relevant insights to support management decision-making. Identify employee training and development needs and support the implementation of relevant initiatives. Support compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements: and company policies. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent will be an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience, preferably within the FMCG, manufacturing or other fast-paced business environments. Sound knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment and general HR operations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
