We are recruiting to fill the position below: Location: SEP Instructor Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job role Conduct Line trainer, SCCM and CCM line training, including coaching. Conduct regulated ground/ classroom training and drills as authorized by the authority. Monitor safety and service standards. Conduct regular classroom evaluations including competency checks. Conduct other cabin service-related training. Conduct regular evaluation, assessment, and line checks on both SCCMs and CCMs Participate in the production of training and multimedia if required. Conduct regulated practical training on the aircraft type. Identify trends and training review that may lead to development of course(s) Assist with any other duties in cabin services department as required. Qualifications Excellent health and fitness levels. At least 5 years' experience: as an operating senior cabin crew member. Demonstrated ability in attention to detail & quality. Excellent personality and the ability to work within a multicultural team. Demonstrated ability to learn and with professional attitude. Fluent in written and spoken English—additional languages is an advantage Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent HND (Higher National Diploma) Demonstrated ability in problem solving & decision making.
