Greenville LNG Plant is in Rumuji near Port-Harcourt and has customer locations in Lagos, Kaduna, Kano, Enugu, Sokoto, Aba and other cities nationwide. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: LCNG Operator / Dispenser Locations: Abuja, Maiduguri - Borno, Bauchi, Potiskum - Yobe and Enugu About the Job Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with fuelling their equipment with gas, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of gas transactions, equipment inspections, and maintenance activities. Attend and participate in safety training programs. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with station manager in timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized retail station environment. Maintain accurate records of gas dispensed and transactions. Assist customers with refuelling their vehicles/skids with gas. Implement emergency response procedures for retail station. Operate CNG and LNG station equipment safely and efficiently. Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and regulations for CNG and LNG retail stations. Perform routine maintenance tasks on station equipment to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate with emergency services as needed and provide assistance during emergency situations. Perform other duties as assigned. Generate reports on retail station performance, including sales, usage, and maintenance activities. Educate customers on CNG and LNG fuelling procedures and safety guidelines. Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and inspections as needed. Comply with all safety regulations and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of safety procedures. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Identify and report potential safety hazards. Qualifications Minimum of National Diploma in a science or engineering based course Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sales reconciliation skills Candidates with SSCE but have a minimum of two years of experience: operating LPG/ CNG/ LNG/ Liquid fueling dispensers to vehicles and industrial users are also eligible to apply. Strong knowledge of CNG and LNG safety procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
