We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Front Desk Representative Location: Abuja (FCT) Overall Function As the first point of contact for our students, faculty, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth administrative experience. We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome students, faculty, and visitors, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Assist students with inquiries, enrollment, and registration processes. Answer incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department. Coordinate and manage room bookings for meetings, events, and classes. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain and update student and faculty records in the database. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for faculty and staff. Handle student complaints or issues, escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, faculty, and visitors from diverse backgrounds. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND is required. Additional education: or certification in administration or customer service is a plus. Previous experience: in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
