Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Anambra, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Manage all procurement processes for raw materials and other inbound goods. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement. Oversee the receipt of all inbound logistics and keep records of all goods received. Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders to ensure accuracy. Maintain accurate records of all goods in the inbound store. Monitor inventory levels of the inbound store to ensure timely replenishments. Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times and delivery schedules. Make daily, weekly and monthly reports on the usage of raw materials for the management review. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to forecast material needs. Resolve any issues related to supplier performance or delivery delays. Participate in the development and implementation of procurement strategies. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of proven experience: in an accounting, procurement, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
