The Senior Builder is responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and delivering medium- to large-scale multi-floor construction projects from foundation to completion. The successful candidate must be capable of independently managing site operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, within specification, on schedule, within budget, and to the company's quality standards. The ideal candidate must be commercially minded, technically competent, resourceful, disciplined, and capable of representing the company professionally on site while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and artisans The role requires extensive experience: in reinforced concrete construction, site management, programme planning, budgeting, quality control, labour management, subcontractor coordination, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and timely progress. Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements. Track daily labour and material usage and prepare progress reports. Keen eye for straight (vertical and horizontal) lines, surface finishes and finishing detailing. Daily or weekly site reporting. Work closely with site engineers, architects, and vendors to resolve issues. Identify potential delays or issues and escalate to management proactively. Supervise and direct site workers, tradesmen, and subcontractors. Coordinate daily site activities and construction operations. Maintain daily logs of work done, workforce attendance, and equipment usage. Enforce health and safety protocols among workers and report incidents immediately. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience: supervising construction activities. Proficient in site documentation and reporting. CORBON registration. Must be physically fit and willing to work under pressure on fast-paced sites. Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong reading and interpretation of architectural/structural drawings. HSE Level 1–3 Certification (or active process). HND / B.Sc. in Building Technology, Construction Management, or related discipline. N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
