We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Medical Brand Activation Officer (MBAO) Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time About the Role You will visit pharmacies, supermarkets, gyms, salons, shopping centres, and other high-footfall businesses to onboard them as Dokitami partners. As a Medical Brand Activation Officer (MBAO), your job is to expand Dokitami’s partner network across Lagos. You won’t be selling products directly to customers—you’ll be building relationships with businesses that will recommend Dokitami to their customers. Key Responsibilities: Distribute flyers and product samples. Maintain strong relationships with partner locations. Introduce Dokitami’s partnership programme and secure new partner locations. Visit businesses within your assigned territory every day. Train partner staff on the basics of Dokitami’s services. Submit daily activity reports and achieve monthly partnership targets. Install Dokitami banners and marketing materials. What We Are Looking For Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable travelling around Lagos daily. Quick learner with a positive attitude (Previous sales or marketing experience: is an advantage but not required). Able to use smartphones and basic digital tools. OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree. Confident speaking with business owners and managers; friendly, energetic, and professional. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Other Requirements: Must be available to resume immediately. Must be willing to work outdoors and travel within assigned areas. Must reside in Lagos. Compensation & Benefits: Full training provided and clear career growth opportunities. N350,000 monthly salary + attractive performance commission.
