Key Responsibilities: Ensure all designs comply with company standards, manufacturing capabilities, and installation requirements. Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior designers. Problem Solving & Innovation Maintain consistency in design quality while adhering to company policies and best practices. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and submitted within agreed timelines. Act as a bridge between clients and designers to ensure a smooth design process that aligns with client needs. Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement Identify project challenges early and proactively develop practical, cost-effective solutions. • Balance aesthetics, functionality, budget, and technical feasibility in every design decision. Demonstrate the flexibility to adapt to the company's design procedures, documentation standards, approval workflows, and project management systems. Anticipate potential site, production, or installation issues and recommend appropriate design modifications before execution. Continuously improve design workflows and contribute ideas that enhance project delivery. Lead the conceptualization, design development, and presentation of bespoke interior solutions. Support the continuous improvement of internal processes through constructive feedback and collaboration. Requirements: Strong knowledge of joinery detailing, materials, and installation. Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to established company processes, systems, and standards while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering software (Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or similar). Experience: in bespoke joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, and luxury interiors.
