Key Responsibilities: Prepare clear and accurate reports on compliance and internal control activities. Support risk management and compliance processes across the organisation. Identify reporting gaps and work with business units to develop reports that meet business needs. Support fraud detection and prevention by monitoring compliance with relevant regulations. Support the implementation of the company’s compliance and internal control framework. Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry developments, and professional standards. Identify business risks and develop appropriate preventive and mitigating strategies. Support the development and implementation of control testing and assurance processes. Analyse business performance and monitor key areas of risk. Conduct control testing and document findings and conclusions. Conduct risk and control assessments to identify weaknesses and areas requiring improvement. Identify areas where additional controls are required to mitigate fraud and operational risks. Requirements: Experience: in Information Technology Controls is an advantage. Experience: with data protection regulations and compliance is mandatory. 4–6 years’ relevant experience: in the insurance industry. Strong analytical, report-writing, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
