Collaborate with Management:Work with HR and operations teams to address training needs and security concerns. Evaluate Training Effectiveness:Assess and improve training programs based on feedback, performance reviews, and industry best practices. Develop and Implement Training Programs:Design and deliver training modules covering security procedures, crisis management, legal requirements, and customer service. Perform other duties as may be reasonably assigned. Emergency Response Training:Conduct scenario-based training for fire safety, first aid, evacuation procedures, and threat assessments. Compliance and Certification:Ensure all security guards meet licensing and certification requirements: and maintain compliance with local laws and company policies. Conduct Training Sessions:Lead classroom training, practical drills, and on-the-job training for security personnel.
