Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abeokuta & Ogun State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Posting: Maintain daily financial records, post ledger entries, and accurately record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify transaction details against ledger entries to ensure accuracy. Petty Cash Management: Oversee petty cash disbursements, maintain cash vouchers, and reconcile physical balances with logbooks regularly. Invoicing & Payments: Prepare customer invoices, track outstanding balances, send payment reminders, and process approved vendor payments.
