We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a reliable and secure network infrastructure, supporting enterprise customers, troubleshooting complex network issues, and ensuring network services meet agreed SLAs. Key Responsibilities: Perform proactive and corrective network maintenance. Design, configure, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, IP/MPLS and network infrastructure. Design routing topologies for Core, Access, Metro and Edge networks. Support IP/MPLS service implementation, testing, deployment, and handover. Participate in on-call support and travel when necessary. Provide technical support to other teams when required. Configure and manage VLANs, STP/RSTP, EtherChannel, trunking, port security, IPSec and GRE tunnelling. Support cloud, security, SD-WAN, IoT, Big Data and other digital transformation initiatives. Develop automation tools to improve network operations. Troubleshoot network failures, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issues. Provide advanced hands-on support for BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPLS, VPN, DMVPN, SDN, QoS, VRRP/HSRP, VoIP and related technologies. Requirements: Strong knowledge of network technologies, protocols, operating systems, and structured cabling. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills. CCNA, CCNP or other relevant professional certifications. Experience: with Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate and Bluecoat technologies. 7–10 years of relevant experience: managing and troubleshooting IP networks. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.
