Business Analysis & Process Optimisation: Analyse operational and project performance data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Support internal reviews of systems, protocols, and SOPs, ensuring 90% compliance with up-to-date procedures. Automate routine workflows using Sync! to improve efficiency and scalability.
